Spend a luxurious long weekend in Tasmania.  Join us at Islington for two nights of splendour while you relax by the fire and have a great sleep in one of our specially designed Islington Angel beds.  Wake-up to a gourmet breakfast in the conservatory and spend the day in Hobart; take in some galleries and wonderful shops, have lunch or visit Salamanca markets.  In the evening enjoy an incredible dinner at one of our favourite restaurants, or in house from the resident chef.  The next morning after breakfast, a turn around the acre of landscaped gardens then drive leisurely to Bothwell for your two night stay at our sister property, the Priory Country Lodge.  Dinner and breakfast will be made for you both nights at the Priory unless you choose to travel over the weekends when the nearby Nant distillery is putting on its monthly whiskey dinners. Bothwell is the home of fly fishing in Tasmania, and part of your package is a guided tour of the trout lakes with a local expert. A tour and tasting at Nant whiskey distillery is the perfect way to spend an afternoon before settling into the peace and tranquillity of the sandstone manor.

Accommodation for two for four nights, breakfasts each day and three set dinners is $2200.
