Islington Hotel is honoured to be named a finalist in Gourmet Traveller's Hotel Awards - Best Bar 2018!

Our Conservatory Bar breaks the mould in this category; a petite bar offering only the best in Tasmanian whisky, gin and vodka, seasonal cocktails and a rich and varied wine list, all in a relaxing, intimate and luxurious setting. 

Our guests can choose to be served by our friendly and knowledgeable team, or are welcome to help themselves at any time if they so wish. They can then retire to one of the beautiful sitting rooms to enjoy their drink in the company of Warhol, Picasso and Whitley,  while warming in front of the open fire. 

Islington's Conservatory Bar is open to in-house guests only, 7 nights a week.
